Meet Your Dietitian, Kelly
Hi, I’m Kelly! I am a registered dietitian who specializes in pediatric nutrition from infancy into young adulthood.
I have in depth experience as a clinical pediatric dietitian in inpatient and outpatient settings at hospitals in the Boston area as well as seeing clients in my private practice.
What I love about food is how integral it is in our lives. Food fuels us, connects us, and provides us ways to communicate our passions and cultures. I am passionate about nurturing the relationship that food has with our bodies and minds.
I especially find teaching children and parents about food and how it can impact growth and health. I love getting people excited about food!
I want to help remove the stress around food and feeding your family, especially when there is an abundance of conflicting and confusing information available. I will provide you with individualized nutrition support and recommendations that meet you and your family’s needs.
I will help you create a healthy relationship with food and your body with methods that are sustainable and enjoyable. Thinking about food shouldn’t be overwhelming and intimidating, which is why I do not take a restrictive approach. With a focus on abundance and enjoyment, I can help you achieve your health goals and feel empowered in your health.
